Tammie and I were dining in Char, Darwin again last week (first time this year) and we spoke about you and our awesome dinner in Char Char Char in Brisbane. We both felt that we should most happily say that the dining experience was ‘chalk and cheese’ this time in Darwin. Excellent service, timely and a steak full of flavour and cooked to the chart on the menu. Well done, you must have made in-roads with the team. All the best.

.... I am emailing to tell of the great evening we had at Char. Even though we probably received extraordinary service as we were there for my birthday, I felt I must let you know how much we enjoyed it all. The dishes were a delight, we all found ourselves nodding in silent agreement with each other as we sampled each one. The experience was all very lovely including desert - with a birthday message written in chocolate and singing wait staff – extra ordinary yes! Please pass on our thanks for providing us with a fantastic dining experience to remember.

Last night I sent a VIP couple down to Char to celebrate their 50^th Wedding Anniversary and the feedback was stunning.

They loved the food, said the wine list was spectacular and that the location was unbeatable. They said “we could not have picked a better place to spend our Golden anniversary.”

Good work to all the team and thanks for making two of our guests incredibly happy with their trip to Darwin.
